Upon arrival guests were greeted by veteran Michael Firrito, who acted as the Venue Manager for the night, then were guided to their seats by Front of House staff including Jamie Macmillan, Majak Daw, Andrew Swallow and Drew Petrie. Boomer Harvey controlled the bar area and made sure his team poured and shook their way through the constant drink orders.

Lead by Pei Modern head chef, Matt Germanchis, the kitchen team delivered the 5 course menu fit for the most discerning diner.  Coach Brad Scott, who was celebrating his 40th birthday with his lovely wife Penny, surprised the team by his presence, turning up to be served and catered to.
